The firm’s Managing Member, Susan Niemiec, was the Commercial Closing
Manager for a former New Jersey-based lender, (Summit Bank). During Ms.
Niemiec’s tenure at Summit, her closing group reported, tracked and
managed the commercial closing pipeline for Business Banking
(approximately 13,000 loan approvals annually).
