announced that due to increased demand for services and facilities the firm
will be moving to new corporate offices.

Managing Member, Susan Niemiec, elected to relocate the offices to be more
centrally located to the firm’s core client base which is predominantly in
central to northern New Jersey and the New York/metropolitan area.
