Niemiec & Associates, LLC is a full service freelance paralegal firm centrally
located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. What is a freelance paralegal and what
do we do? A freelance paralegal is also known as a “contract paralegal” as we
are retained by a number of supervising attorneys at any given time on an as
needed basis. In this way, the attorney- client has the benefit of our training,
education and expertise for the specific project or matter without having to incur
the cost of hiring full-time paralegal assistance. We perform paralegal work
under the direct supervision of licensed attorneys, unless otherwise permitted by
statute, administrative regulation or rule. We have the same ethical obligations as
paralegals employed in the traditional law firm or corporate settings.
Centrally located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, the firm offers contract
paralegal assistance to attorneys, in-house corporate counsel, banks and title
